Cognitive Therapy for Women

Therapy Session

Weekly meetings are recommended in order to effectively progress toward your desired
changes. Typically, clients begin noticing improvements within 6-8 weeks of weekly sessions, and significant progress is often observed within 4-6 months, though individual experiences may vary.

We will address each treatment goal you identify and can adjust
or add goals as needed throughout our work together.

The duration of your therapy depends on the goals you set.
Our aim is to help you become your own therapist.
Once your goals are met, we’ll gradually transition you out of treatment,
either reducing sessions to biweekly and then monthly before graduating,
or adjusting immediately depending on your case and preference.

Should you ever wish to revisit previous goals, schedule “booster” sessions, or work on new goals, you are welcome to reach out to us anytime.

45-50 minutes | $300

  • Major credit cards and FSA/HSA cards are accepted.

We do not accept insurance but will provide a Superbill after each session for you to submit to your insurance provider if you receive out-of-network benefits.

To determine your out-of-network coverage, contact your insurance provider and ask the following:

    • Do I have out-of-network benefits?
    • What is the out-of-network reimbursement rate for CPT codes 90791 and 90834, with and without the place-of-service code 10?
    • What is the amount of my deductible, and do my out-of-network services apply to it?
    • What is my out-of-pocket limit (i.e., the maximum amount you can pay for out-of-network services)?

  • To honor both your time and ours, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you miss an appointment without giving sufficient notice to cancel or reschedule, you will be responsible for the full session fee.

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059
