Skills Groups
Join our time-limited groups designed for learning and practicing new skills. These weekly sessions run for several weeks, tailored to the specific types of skills being taught.
Each week, we introduce and practice different skills together. Members are encouraged to share experiences and ideas in order to learn from one another. Homework assignments are provided for additional practice between sessions and reviewed collectively the following week.
Please note that these are not individual therapy sessions, so we ask members to share personal experiences only as they relate to the materials and discussions.
Consistent weekly attendance is essential to keep pace with the materials covered. Only sign up if you can commit to weekly attendance for the entire duration of the group.

Major credit cards and FSA/HSA cards are accepted.
We do not accept insurance but will provide a Superbill after each session for you to submit to your insurance provider if you receive out-of-network benefits.
To determine your out-of-network coverage, contact your insurance provider and ask the following:
• Do I have out-of-network benefits?
• What is the out-of-network reimbursement rate for CPT codes 90853, with and without the place-of-service code 10?
• What is the amount of my deductible, and do out-of-network services count toward it?
• What is my out-of-pocket maximum (i.e., the maximum amount you can pay for out-of-network services per plan year)? -
To sign up for a group, you need to be able to commit to weekly attendance for the entire duration of the group. At the same time, we understand that things happen. To honor your time, other group members’ time and ours, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your group attendance for a given week. If you miss a group meeting without giving sufficient notice to cancel, you will be responsible for the full session fee.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059
